NOTICE OF GREENFIELD TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

INTENT TO REENTER UNUSED CEMETERY LOTS IN THE CARROLL CEMETERY
To: Jim and Nelly Dove, or their heirs, whose current address is unknown and cannot be obtained reasonably, the last known owners of Lot 32, Graves 1 to 4, and Lot 33, Graves 1 to 4, in Section C of the Carroll Cemetery, 4501 Carroll-Cemetery Road, Carroll, OH 43112, purchased in or around 1949.
The Board of Township Trustees of Greenfield Township, Fairfield County, Ohio met in regular session on the 26th day of June 2024, and adopted Resolution 2024-0626-03 available at https://www.greenfieldtwp.org/Greenfield-Township-News-Notices.html.
In the Resolution, the Board determined that the cemetery lots referenced above are unused and adopted the Resolution creating a procedure for right of reentry in accordance with R.C. 517.073.
Pursuant to R.C. 517.073(A), Jim and Nelly Dove, or their heirs, have 180 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the Greenfield Township Cemetery Superintendent at (740) 756-4930 or at the Greenfield Township Building, 4663 Carroll-Cemetery Road NW, Carroll, Ohio 43112.
Any interest in the cemetery lots referenced above shall cease unless the owners or owners

heirs respond within 180 days as provided herein. Upon expiration of the 180 days, the Board will have the right of reentry and will reclaim its interest in the cemetery lots referenced above.
